About Us

Béatrice is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory for small and medium-sized enterprises. She began her career at KPMG, where she spent seven years as a Senior Auditor managing a diverse portfolio across NGOs, financial and non-financial institutions, private companies, and oil firms. She later served as Vice President of Treasury at Banque de l’Union Haitienne, Haiti’s first private commercial bank, overseeing annual budgeting, investment strategy, and financial planning. Since 2017, Béatrice has been a Partner at GECA, a Haitian-founded consulting firm specializing in management, financial studies, accounting, and audit. At GECA, she leads major initiatives such as the USAID-backed DAI Invest program, through which the firm raised over $25 million to support Haitian SMEs—positioning GECA as the top fund mobilizer under Haiti INVEST. In 2020, she co-founded KOREVWAZEN, a social entrepreneurship initiative supporting 500 women entrepreneurs across southern Haiti, and is also the Co-Founder of Bracing Neighbors, a foundation dedicated to strengthening the economic resilience of vulnerable women through business support, training, and access to capital. Based in Port-au-Prince, Béatrice has been a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Haiti since 2016 and is a proud mother of three children.
